Course Description:

A degree in Human Resource Management prepares you for a career in studies related to managing people in an organisation. You will learn to hire, manage and develop employees. Compared to a general Bachelors degree, a specific HR degree strengthens your skills in areas such as handling employee relations; develop leadership skills; evaluating employee performance; and managing conflict.

Students will be provided opportunities to develop important technical skills for a career in HR including training and development; human capital development skills; interpersonal skills; communication and decision-making skills.

Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated) AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR 20 years old, completion of Grade 10/ Level 3 qualification, 2 years of relevant work experience AND successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
